Hon. Fulivai was first elected in the By- Election of July 30, 2009 as the Nobles Number 2 Representative for Vava'u. Hon. Fulivai is now serving his first ever term after being elected to replace Hon. Luani who was appointed as Governor of Vava'u.
Hon. Fulivai is the Estate Holder of the Island of Hunga in Vava'u.
