Education
Lavulavu has obtained a BA from the Brigham Young University in Hawii and a MA from Bringham Young University in Utah.
Paliamentary History
Mr. Lavulavu was first elected in the 2001 General Election as the Number 2 Peoples' Representative for the Vava'u Group. He was re-elected in the 2008 General Election as the Number 1 Peoples' Representative of the Vava'u Group. He is a member of the Parliament Standing Committee on Bills. Mr. Lavulavu has represented the Parliament of Tonga several times to Parliamentary Meetings and Conferences overseas.
Work Experience
Mr. Lavulavu is the founder of the 'Unuaki 'o Tonga Royal University.
