Parliament to officially open on May 7

THE Legislative Assembly will be officially opened on May 7.

Parliament reconvenes for the discussion of the national Budget 2020/2021.

According to the Constitution, the budget must be passed by the House before July 1.

The state opening marks the beginning of parliamentary session 2020/2021
