Tongatapu 3 MP, Hon. Siaosi Sovaleni, will officially begin his 2025 constituency visit program this evening, running from July 14 to 23.

The visit follows a meeting held on Saturday, July 12, between the Hon. Member and the Tongatapu 3 Constituency Council.

The first community meeting will take place at 7:00 PM at the Church of Tonga in Ngeleʻia, and is intended for residents of Ngeleʻia and parts of Kolofoʻou.

Additional meetings are scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesday, July 15: Anglican Church, Pahu – for residents of Pahu and ʻAmaile
  • Wednesday, July 16: Free Wesleyan Church Hall, Pili
  • Meetings for Mataika, Fasi mo e Afi, Halaleva, and Maʻufanga will follow later in the week.

School visits will begin on Thursday, July 17, starting with:

  • Government Middle School (GMS) Fasi
  • GMS Ngeleʻia
  • St. Joseph Business College

Throughout the constituency visit, the MP will also carry out inspections of roads, streetlights, and community projects, including initiatives led by local women's groups.

In related news, Tongatapu 4 MP will meet with residents of Bay ʻO Manumataongo tonight at 8:00 PM at the Catholic Church Hall.

Tongatapu 1 MP, Hon. Tevita Puloka, will also continue his 2025 constituency visits this evening with a meeting at the Free Wesleyan Church in Longolongo.

These annual constituency visits provide an important platform for open dialogue between Members of Parliament and their communities. All residents are encouraged to attend and take part in the discussions.
