The Legislative Assembly of Tonga will be hosting an Inter-Generational Summit and faciltate an important dialogue between Pacific and Tongan Youth with the United Nations Secretary General, His Excellency Mr. Antonio Guterres on 26 August, 2024 at the Legislative Assembly in Nuku’alofa.
The Summit will be conducted as an important side event to the 53rd Pacific Island Leaders Forum (PIFL) Meeting. It aims to highlight the ideas and voices of Youth around the theme which Tonga has chosen for the 53rd PIFL Meeting which is a “Transformative Resilient Pasifiki: Building Better Now.”
